- Penguin Ambassador Cohort - an intergenerational collective of Penguin stakeholders that advances strategic and artistic goals, builds community, and improves accessibility pathways, 2024

- Bonfire New Works Festivals - weekend retreats for teen-written new works, produced in partnership with Seattle Rep, 2023 and 2024
